Cyclemania

Ethan Barruch

Cyclemania is an intimate study of a bike mechanic’s workspace — a space shaped over years of practice into something entirely personal. The environment has been continuously adapted to fit its owner’s needs, creating an organized chaos that functions as a kind of self-portrait. What appears as disorder to an outside eye carries its own logic, its own memory. The series examines the quiet relationship between a maker and the space they inhabit, and what that space reveals about the person who built it.
