For this project, I wanted to focus on music photography and design while working with
one artist for the year, and Ribacam x Angelique Dancel reflects the last few months
that I’ve spent working with up-and-coming singer-songwriter Angelique Dancel. I began
by photographing Angelique’s music journey from September to November 2025,
documenting all rehearsals and shows, big or small, and any other defining moments in
her music career. From there, I wanted to make a mock merchandising line based on
her EP titled With Love (A.D) by combining my photography with graphic design to
create a more comprehensive mixed media project. I used the photographs that I’ve
taken over the past year, along with type design and other elements to create a line that
is cohesive and true to the artist.

This entire project has allowed me to showcase my music photography in different
forms, while exploring the area of work I am hoping to pursue after university. Working
with Angelique has been such an amazing experience and it was a pleasure to witness
her talent and work ethic. Her love and passion for music radiates in everything she
does and I’m excited to see her growth in the years to come.

About The Artist

Bianca Ribadeneira

Bianca Ribadeneira is a Toronto based photographer who is currently working towards a BFA in Photography at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson). Bianca specializes in music photography documenting live shows, rehearsals, red carpet events and more. She also enjoys mixed media projects and combining her photography with graphic design.
