House Tours is a hybrid editorial and documentary project that humorously and absurdly depicts people in the spaces around their homes. The series allows the viewer to peek into each individual’s private life and make deductions about their lifestyle, personality, and values.
Heavily inspired by Bbno$, each image juxtaposes a creatively goofy outfit with a serious, deadpan expression. The images express the uncertainty and confusion of entering adulthood and never having things fully figured out. House Tours is motivated by my experiences of struggling with identity and individuality; it’s an attempt to carve my identity and express my creativity.
