This project aims to explore the overlooked beauty present in natural deterioration and death through macro photography. The subject or focus of the series is not what was photographed, but rather the nature of death and time itself, particularly the ways in which its effects are ubiquitous yet vary greatly. The context has been removed from the images, focusing on purely this phenomena and the details and texture of what was photographed.
